More about me
TL;DR: I’m a freelance creative, specialising in user interface design and digital design for start-ups, non-profits and SMEs. I also work in marketing & communications and volunteer for charity.
I’m a creative person at heart – which is a line I like to use as a nod to my nearly 7 years working as a Healthcare Scientist Associate in my local hospital’s Cardiology department.
While performing electrocardiograms (ECGs) on patients, or managing their remote monitoring downloads during the day, I’d spend my evenings and weekends working on creative design concepts for non-profits and start-ups.
Though, truth be told, I’ve always been a creative individual and it all started back when I was a kid, working in Microsoft Publisher to design a ‘membership only’ magazine business – albeit, five pages and full of clipart.
Safe to say now I design websites, apps and other digital platforms as a user interface designer, while I continue to produce graphics, brochures and other material for print as a creative designer.
Outside of the design world, I’m a marketing & communications professional, currently working in the NHS and specialising in healthtech.
I’m a trustee of a national charity, where I oversee their communications and look after several volunteers who work in this area.
From countryside walks, to Formula 1 and listening to a wide variety of music, I’m forever crafting creative concepts and I’m ready to help you with yours.
