Hello, I’m Ian Pinnell, an award winning broadcaster & media creative from the UK.

I have been involved in the UK radio industry since 2006, starting out at Radio Cherwell in Oxford. In 2014, I won gold in the Male Presenter of the Year category at the National Hospital Radio Awards. I’ve also had the opportunity to interview the likes of former UK Prime Minister David Cameron and sportsman Sir Roger Bannister.

I’ve also worked with a variety of clients on audio production, producing ads for radio  and documentaries for broadcast, with my work being heard on BBC Radio Gloucestershire, Heart, Radio Horton & OX105 to name but a few.

Today, I’m Radio Cherwell‘s Publicity Officer and editor of the Hospital Broadcasting Association‘s (HBA) On Air magazine. I’m also a Trustee of these two charities respectively.

You’ll find me blogging about aspects of the media and sharing my own news every now and again. I’m also available to help you with your media or marketing queries as a freelance consultant if required. Just drop me a line.
